Ageing drivers?

Just a note to perhaps provoke debate:
The latest research indicates that drivers aged over 50 account for 32 per cent of all drivers. However, by 2035 this should rise to 40 per cent.
Will there be a concomitant 8% reduction in Road Traffic Accidents? Drivers and drivers huh?

We have represented various young clients who faced the revocation of their licence under the Newly Qualified Driver provisions. Where a driver accrues 6 or more penalty points for offences committed within the first 2 years of holding a full licence, they face revocation.

Revocation results in the driver having to retake their test - which can be a long, onerous and expensive exercise!

Contact us before you accept that fixed penalty to discuss your options. There are things that can be done to avoid revocation!
