4 out of 5 Motorists admit to speeding
80% of motorists see speed
limits as ‘just a guide’ or a ‘challenge’ after a survey by Admiral insurance
company. About a quarter of drivers think it is acceptable to drive over the
speed limit. Men are almost three times more likely to drive at high speeds
than women. More than half of drivers think the national speed limit for
motorways and dual carriageways should be 80mph rather than 70mph. M23Law are experts
in motoring law and regularly defend clients against speeding allegations. In
Your Defence.
