drive issues and driving licence matters.
On August 10th at Winchester
Crown Court (where we only normally defend on serious cases), a former doctor
aged 90 was given a suspended sentence and banned for life for causing death by
Dangerous Driving. He drove on the wrong side of a dual carriageway and caused
an accident whereby a 28 years old driver died. Other drivers had tried to warn
by flashing lights and honking horns; sadly to no avail.
